Donations are an optional way to support justSilkroad and help us to keep the server online.
In return, you receive Purchased Silk, which can be used for available in-game features and items.
We currently offer two payment methods: HipoPay and HipoCard.

HipoCard allows you to purchase an E-Pin card of your preferred value and redeem it directly on our website.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE REDEEMING
Your entire E-Pin card value will be redeemed in a single transaction!
Once successfully redeemed, the E-Pin cannot be used again.

PURCHASE A SILK PACKAGE
HipoPay allows you to purchase Silk through our available donation packages.
How it works
- Select HipoPay as your payment method.
- Choose one of the available Silk packages.
- Complete your payment through our payment provider, with multiple payment options such as credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more (depending on your country).
- Once your payment is successfully processed, the corresponding Silk amount will be credited to your account.
03. HipoCard
REDEEM AN E-PIN CARD
HipoCard allows you to purchase an E-Pin card of your preferred value and redeem it directly on our website.
How it works
- Purchase a HipoCard E-Pin from an authorized seller.
- Select HipoCard as your payment method on justSilkroad.
- Enter your E-Pin code and secret.
- Redeem your card to receive the corresponding Silk amount.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE REDEEMING
Your entire E-Pin card value will be redeemed in a single transaction!
- The full value of your card is converted into Silk according to our configured exchange rates.
- Partial redemption is not possible.
- Any unused card balance cannot be saved for a later redemption.
- Please make sure you want to redeem the entire card value before submitting your E-Pin.
Once successfully redeemed, the E-Pin cannot be used again.
04. Important Notes
BEFORE MAKING A DONATION
- Make sure you are logged into the correct justSilkroad account before donating.
- Silk is credited to the account used for the donation.
- Always check the displayed Silk amount or applicable exchange rate before completing a payment.
- Successfully processed donations for digital goods are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
- If a payment succeeds but your Silk is not credited, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
